Our approach
- We believe in building foundations for sustainable education
- Our objective is not just to enable students to pass exams
- We strive to help our students to learn how to learn
- We focus on individual needs rather than teaching the group
- We believe parents need to form an integral part of the student’s learning
Assessment test + R.A.G. reviews* = Customised Lessons
- Diagnostic tests at the start of tuition sessions – this allows us to devise tailored learning for each student
- Teaching in small groups (4 to 5 students) to allow maximum student/tutor attention but not losing benefits of student/student interaction
- Students are taught one-one within their small groups
* A self assessment carried out by the student under the supervision of the tutor which becomes one of the key inputs to lesson plans
Continuous monitoring of progress of every session
- Teachers fill in student progress logs at the end of every lesson which can be monitored by parents
- Regular engagement with parents
- Monthly Progress reports of every session sent to parents – derived from teacher notes made during every session
Our aim is to
- Raise our student’s aspiration
- Help our students achieve their full potential
- To make learning fun and enjoyable
- Ensure our curriculum is accessible by all
