TuitionBase was excellent for me, the teachers aim to really push, help students go forward and provide people with good teaching. Not only this, they really helped to build my confidence in my work which enabled me to always do the best I could in exam conditions. Funniest story ever. A leaflet came through our door just at the right time as my daughter was struggling with her GCSE studies. After a very welcoming meeting and discussion and one term later my daughter exceeded her GCSE predicted grades! We were very happy!!

Regrettably, we had to leave them only because they did not do the A-level subjects she went on to study otherwise we would still be there!

For us the price was affordable, the tutors were friendly and experienced and it was local. They made studying fun and that’s what my daughter needed at that time. She looked forward to going to study with them each week. In her words, they had banter maybe because they were on first name terms and they treated them with respect. That for me as a parent is very important.

I would recommend this company to anybody. Try it out for yourself even if you don’t want to take my words for it. It’s well worth the money spent for your child’s education!

Overall I am very satisfied with the service that Tuition Base provides. The teachers are qualified in the subject they teach and they provide lots of materials and worksheets during the lesson. The average number of students in a group is 4-5 which is very good as it allows the teacher to tailor their teaching personally to each student, allowing each student to get the maximum help needed. Homework is given every week. If the student doesn’t understand the task given, the teacher explains the work very clearly.

I would recommend this tuition service to other people.
